Data Deletion Instructions

1. Sign in to Nagare and open Settings → Your keys & account.
2. In the Delete account section, choose Delete my account.
3. We email a one-time confirmation code to your account email. The code is valid for 10 minutes.
4. Enter the code and confirm. If it expires, reopen the section and request a new one.

Once confirmed, we immediately begin erasing your data and cancel any active subscription. All of your personal data and connected-platform tokens are permanently deleted within 30 days.

• Your account and login credentials.
• Brand, project, strategy and knowledge-base data.
• All generated content, drafts, images and schedules.
• All connection credentials/access tokens for connected platforms (Meta/Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok) and AI/email providers, revoked and removed.
• Notification settings, including any linked Telegram chat.
• Your subscription and billing record (the subscription is cancelled).

If you no longer have access to your account, email us at info@alessandrobonfante.com from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete your data. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.

You can also remove Nagare's access directly from each platform, for Meta, in Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites(or your Instagram-linked Page's Business settings). Doing so revokes our tokens; using the steps above additionally erases the data we already stored.
